REFUND POLICY

1. Conditions for return
Customers need to check the condition of the goods and can exchange/return the goods immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
The goods are not of the correct type or model in the order placed or as on the website at the time of order.
Insufficient quantity, not complete set as in the order.
The external condition is affected such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage...
Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents proving the above deficiencies to complete the return/exchange of goods.

2. Regulations on notification time and sending returned products
Notification time for return: within 48 hours from receiving the product in case the product is missing accessories, gifts or broken.
Time for sending and returning the product: within 14 days from receiving the product.
Location for product return: Customers can bring the product directly to our office/store or send it by post.
In case Customers have comments/complaints related to product quality, Customers please contact our customer care line.

3. Form of return
- We will exchange the goods with the correct type of product that the customer ordered for the wrong product/wrong quantity or when the product does not meet the commitment.
- Exchange another product of equivalent value for the customer in case the product the customer ordered is out of stock if the customer agrees. In case the customer no longer needs it due to product defects or does not agree with the returned goods, the company will refund the customer by bank transfer or according to the method agreed with the customer within 07 working days from the date of receiving the request.
